Enrolling students for our training requires a
customer-focused attitude, an ability to meet
challenges head-on and a passion for changing lives
through education.
As an Enrollment Specialist you will interview, and
facilitate the enrollment process of prospective
students in a program of study offered by
Internetworking Dynamics Technical Institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruits prospective students to enroll in an
Internetworking Dynamics IT training course.
Interviews interested prospective students to
determine and assess their educational needs and
interests.
- Verbally communicates approved presentations to
promote programs to prospective students. - Matches
specific delivery of program information and the
school's offering with the students needs.
- Provide a financial aid overview to prospective
students by explaining costs and potential financing
options.
- Promotes the commitment of prospective students to
attend the school by frequent contact, including
orientation and other rapport building programs.
- Participates in school retention efforts by
maintaining productive contact with his/her active
students after class.
- Ensures compliance with applicable corporate
policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
- Participates in Orientation/Registration Day
proceedings for new students.
- Actively participate in special recruiting
promotional activities.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required,
Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related
area preferred. Degree must be from an accredited
institution recognized by the US Department of
Education.
- A minimum of 1 year direct sales experience in
admissions, recruiting or other intangible sales.
Related experience in post secondary education is
highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and
interpersonal skills with the ability to establish
rapport with a diverse customer base.

join our team at Internetworking Dynamics.
As a Cisco Training Instructor you will be
responsible for learning our training methods to
efficiently teach student the skills and
knowledge necessary to become certified.
Qualifications

communicate them to others
- Deep knowledge of a the Cisco CCNA, CCNP, and
CCDA - Excellent problem-solving and writing
skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate
effectively with team members
- Ability to demonstrate a confident approach to

- Desire to train/mentor certification
candidates
- Superb collaborative abilities to work with
peers and IT Managers
Desired Skills:

Trainer
We are

to teach our Windows 2003 and Windows 2008
courses.
As a
Microsoft Certified Instructor you will be

Microsoft
Certified Trainers (MCTs) are the premier
technical and instructional experts in Microsoft
products, technologies, and solutions. To ensure
a superior learning experience for our
customers, MCTs are the only individuals that
Microsoft authorizes to deliver training that is
based on Official Microsoft Learning Products or
Microsoft Dynamics Learning Products for the MCT
program.
Qualifications
